Approval has now been granted for the complete renovation of a Bungalow in Norton St. Philip to provide a modern and contemporary home. A Porch and Side extension provides additional space at ground floor level, with a replacement roof and 3 dormers enlarging the first floor bedroom areas. The existing 60’s bungalow will then be clad in Cedar and Zinc, fitted with triple glazed aluminium windows, providing a new insulated skin to the building. The heating system will be replaced with an Air Source Heat Pump, and PV fitted to the new roof structure.
